3 tips for managing stress during the holidays
1. Schedule time to do something that relaxes you. The Holidays can be stressful, and to be completely honest draining. Be sure to take some time to recharge your batteries. Whether it’s yoga 🧘♂️, listening to music 🎧, or watching your favorite movie 🎞️, don’t forget to schedule in time to just simply enjoy the season.
2. Pre plan as much as possible. If you are hosting a dinner, attending an event, or holiday shopping, plan out as many details ahead of time as you can. Making a to do list, pre-planning festive outfits, or even shopping online in your free time can help make Holiday tasks seem less daunting. 📝
3. Learn to say no. If you need a night to curl up on the couch and just exist, then take it! Communicate with those around you, and let them know when you may have over extended yourself. Put on those Holiday pajamas, turn on a cheesy movie, and don’t feel bad about it! 🤗
