How do I report a problem with the app?
If you are experiencing any issues with the app, please let us know. The best way to do this is directly from the app. If applicable, take a screenshot of the problem then navigate to the extra menu and click the Support link. This will open your email window addressed to email@example.com with some details about your account prefilled. Please add as many details as possible about the problem and send it to us.
I can’t register or log back in to the app. What do I do?
You can alert us to any issues you are having by hitting the “Submit a Request” button in the upper right-hand corner of the Help Center home page, filling out the request form and pressing “Submit.” Alternatively, you can email us at firstname.lastname@example.org (please provide as many details as possible). We’ll get right back to you!
How do I manage push notifications?
There is currently no setting to manage push notifications, but we are working on adding this feature soon! Please let us know at email@example.com what functions will help you manage your experience with Gali better.
